We had another awesome round of Nashville Rising Song! We had a packed house and many great songs were shared! 30 songwriters attended, and we had 21 songwriters share their song. We had over 2000 views our live stream over on our Facebook Page.

Joe and Daniel will come back and join 18 other writers for the semi-final round to be held Monday, March 19, 2018 at Tin Roof Midtown. The finals will be held Monday, March 26, 2017 at Tin Roof Midtown.
Jim is a Multi-Instrumentalist/Producer/Engineer and Arranger and owner of B-Side Productions.
Jim has been working in Nashville since 1989.
Jim has produced artists and projects for labels such as Curb, Word Entertainment, and Sony, as well as many of the largest publishing companies, Sony/Tree, BMG, and EMI. Jim has enjoyed working in the studio with artists such as Brad Paisley, SheDaisy, Jim Brickman, Joy Williams (Civil Wars), Phil Keaggy and many more
Jim also produced music for television, having music used on Undercover Boss, Sons Of Guns, Guys Grocery Games, America’s Top Model, MTV, Wild Celebrity Wife Swap, among many others, as well as national commercials.
Jim plays with the best Nashville area bands like The Eaglemaniacs, 12 Against Nature, Make Me Smile, Live From Ventura Boulevard, Reunion -A Tribute To The 70’s, as well as his own bands, Soul Confidant, Sam & Jim, and Jim is a founding member of the Toto tribute band, “Child’s Anthem”
Jason was the very first winner of Rising Star, when we started the contest 8 years ago.
Since that time, Jason was the former lead singer of the ACM nominated 4 time top 40 band “The Lost Trailers.”
Jason now focuses his time developing new artists, and has made a name for himself writing and producing projects from country to pop to Rock.
Jason’s most recent success story is “Sweet Tea Trio” who was recently signed to Kid Rock and Ken Levitan (Vector Management) management. Jason produced their 6 song EP and wrote 2 of their songs.
His new production company is Nashville Artist Development.
