NRS Series 3 Prelim 2

We had an excellent prelim round 2 of Nashville Rising Song Series 3. We had 21 songwriters come out, and all who showed up were able to share their song. We again had a strong group of songwriters at this round! We had some issues with our live stream, so we continued voting for 24 hours, that closed on 8pm CT Tuesday September 11.
